7月27日，沙仑玫瑰的姐妹们一同前往双溪圣达（Sg Sendat）瀑布，展开一场放松又充满欢笑的外游活动。感恩当天阳光普照、天气宜人，让大家在大自然中尽情呼吸清新空气，享受片刻宁静与清凉。

On July 27, the sisters of Rose of Sharon (ROS) set out together for an outing to the scenic Sg Sendat Waterfall, enjoying a time of relaxation and laughter. We thank God for the beautiful weather and bright sunshine, which allowed everyone to breathe in the fresh air of nature and enjoy a peaceful, cooling escape.

抵达后，姐妹们齐心协力搬运物资，在瀑布旁铺上野餐垫，展开一场别开生面的午餐聚会。一边享用丰富美味的餐点，一边谈天说笑、拍照留念，记录下彼此最自然喜乐的笑容。瀑布的潺潺水声、微风拂面，再加上树荫下的欢声笑语，为我们的团契时光增添了别样温馨。

Upon arrival, all the sisters worked together to unload supplies and laid out picnic mats by the waterfall, kicking off a unique and delightful lunch gathering. While enjoying the delicious spread, everyone chatted joyfully, took photos, and captured genuine, joyful smiles. The sound of flowing water, the gentle breeze, and the laughter under the shade of trees created a warm and memorable fellowship atmosphere.

午餐过后，部分姐妹换上便服，投入清凉的溪水中尽情戏水，笑声此起彼落，充满欢乐气氛。其他姐妹则在树下轻松交谈、分享生活，彼此建立更深的信任与连结。

After lunch, some sisters changed into casual wear and splashed around in the cool stream, filling the area with laughter and fun. Others relaxed under the trees, engaged in heartfelt conversations, and shared life stories, deepening trust and connections among one another.

这次外游不仅让大家在忙碌中得以放松身心，也加深了肢体间的关系与属灵团契。衷心感谢所有细心预备与安排的姐妹们，愿主继续使用我们彼此成为祝福，同行在祂所赐的美好道路上。

This outing not only offered a much-needed break from our busy routines, but also strengthened the bonds of sisterhood and spiritual fellowship. Heartfelt thanks to all the sisters who thoughtfully prepared and arranged everything. May the Lord continue to use us to bless one another as we journey together on the beautiful path He has laid before us.
